Refund policy
1. Right of Withdrawal
Every Customer who is a Consumer (or a Sole Proprietor with consumer rights) has the right to withdraw from the sales contract concluded at a distance within 14 calendar days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period begins on the day on which the Customer, or a third party indicated by the Customer (other than the carrier), takes physical possession of the purchased goods (or the last item in the case of multi-part orders).
2. How to Make a Return
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must inform the Store of their decision by means of an unequivocal statement. The statement can be submitted, among others, by:
Sending an e-mail to: nasiosiclothing@gmail.com
Including a written return form directly inside the return package.
To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send the statement before the 14-day period expires.
3. Shipping Costs and Return Address
The Customer bears the direct costs of returning the goods to the Store. The Store does not accept packages sent cash-on-delivery (COD) or to pick-up points (unless explicitly agreed otherwise).
The returned goods must be sent back immediately, and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which the Customer informed the Store of the withdrawal, to the following address:
Return Address:
Nasiosi
Gnieźnieńska 28K
62-300 Września
Poland
4. Refunds
The Store will refund all payments received from the Customer, including the costs of the original delivery to the Customer (except for additional costs resulting from the Customer choosing a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by the Store).
The refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless the Customer has expressly agreed otherwise, which will not incur any fees.
The Store may withhold the refund until it has received the goods back or until the Customer provides proof of having sent them back, whichever occurs earlier.
5. Condition of Returned Items
The Customer is liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling them in a way other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the items (e.g., trying on clothing is permitted, but signs of wear, perfume scents, stains, or missing original tags may result in a deduction from the final refund amount).
